Report: Dolphins 2013 First Round Pick Dion Jordan to Stay on NFI List for Rest of 2016

Dion Jordan

A report out says that Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan will remain on the reserve/non-football injury list, meaning he won’t play this season and will now have sat out the 2015 and 2016 NFL seasons.

The Dolphins had a Tuesday deadline to decide whether to move Jordan to the 53-man roster.

Jordan, the 2013 first-round pick, hasn’t played since 2014 due to a season-long suspension in 2015 for violating the league’s drug policy and an offseason knee injury to start training camp this year. He has three sacks and 46 tackles in 26 career games.
