AFC East Power Rankings

1. New England Patriots (5-1): The Patriots may look vulnerable, but any susceptibility isn’t showing up in the win-loss column. Tom Brady just won’t allow this team to lose.

2. Miami Dolphins (3-2): The Dolphins must return to their winning ways after an early bye week or the Patriots might begin to run away with the division crown already. If Miami can top Buffalo on Sunday, a trip to Foxboro and a chance to lay claim as the class of the AFC East will await in Week 8.

3. New York Jets (3-3): The Jets are competitive thanks to one of the league’s best defenses, but don’t look to be playoff caliber yet. Rookie quarterback Geno Smith, while capable, is still making too many mistakes.

4. Buffalo Bills (2-4): The Bills are one of the most competitive 2-4 teams you’ll even find. They’ve beaten the defending Super Bowl champs and have close losses to New England and Cincinnati. Miami can’t expect to push Buffalo around on Sunday.

Week 7 picks (Dolphins pick to be revealed later in week)

New England 17, New York Jets 16
