According to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald, Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake is no sure thing to play on Sunday versus the Ravens. Salguero is reporting that Wake will be a game-time decision for the second consecutive week.
CB Dimitri Patterson (groin) will miss his fourth game of the season on Sunday. DE Cameron Wake (knee) will be a pregame decision again.

Wake conducted a pre-game workout on Monday night in New Orleans, but his knee, which suffered an MCL sprain in Week 3, didn’t respond the way Miami was hoping it would and he was held out of the Dolphins’ first loss of the season.
The All-Pro pass rusher practiced this week at team headquarters in Davie, but was still limited. Miami’s opponent on Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens, have had difficulty protecting quarterback Joe Flacco through four games. If Wake is unable to play, it would be a missed opportunity for the Dolphins’ defense to potentially give Flacco fits all game.
The official injury report, which will reveal if Wake is questionable or probable for Sunday’s game, should be released on Friday.
