Colts RB Vick Ballard is out for season after injuring knee during practice Thursday (@MikeWellsNFL contributed to report).

Obviously, a big blow to the Colts’ offense, which must now rely on Ahmad Bradshaw and Donald Brown on Sunday against the Dolphins and for the rest of the season.
Ballard averaged 4.8 yards per carry in Week 1, and without him in the lineup, Miami will have an opportunity to make the Colts’ offense one-dimensional. And that could really make dealing with the Dolphins’ intense pass rush difficult for that Indianapolis offensive line.
