The Dolphins better put on the full-court press on Peyton Manning, as Matt Flynn is no longer an option.
The Seattle Seahawks today stopped the dream of Flynn from joining Miami, as Seattle inked the former Packers QB to a three-year deal worth $26 mil, with $10 mil guaranteed.
It was thought for much of free agency and going in that Flynn would want to come to South Beach to play with the Fins, this after Joe Philbin, his former OC in Green Bay, was named the new head coach.
With Flynn gone, it’s down to Manning, Matt Moore, or possibly Alex Smith if the Fins are going to go with a veteran guy.
