Dolphins starters could see playing time in preseason finale

Tony Sparano says that he just may throw the starters out there for a bit on Thursday when the Fins take on the Cowboys:

Miami Dolphins coach Tony Sparano was not happy with his team after a 16-6 loss to the Falcons. Quarterback Chad Henne went 10-of-22 for 123 yards and an interception. The Dolphins gained only 241 yards. To that end, Sparano said Monday that his starters might play against the Cowboys on Thursday night. “My approach is that we didn’t play very well the other night,” Sparano said. “So, I have to do what is in the best interest of my football team to get my football team ready to play against the Buffalo Bills [on opening day]. So, whatever it takes on Thursday night is what I’ll do. In other words, I have no real governor right now on how long people are playing. They just better be ready to play.”
