Veteran CB Allen Has Arthroscopic Knee Surgery

Veteran CB Will Allen is probably done for the preseason, as the National Football Post reports that he had arthroscopic knee surgery:

Miami Dolphins veteran cornerback Will Allen had arthroscopic knee surgery as a followup procedure to his anterior cruciate ligament repair job, according to the Miami Herald. Allen is expected to miss the remainder of the preseason.

Per the report, Allen should be ready by the first game of the regular season.

“Will has something you can’t coach—experience,” Dolphins defensive back Jason Allensaid. “Will has a lot of experience, and that’s something we’ll miss if he’s out. But we’ve got to move forward with the people we have here.”
