Jake Long Is Going To….Miami?: Gets Voted To The Pro-Bowl

Last night the Pro-Bowl roster was announced, and the only Dolphins to get in was our left tackle, Jake Long.

While Long has not played as well as last year, he still is one of the league’s elite already in only his second year in the league.

Long struggled early on in the season, but picked up the play around mid-season.

What was more of a shocker for Dolphins fans was fullback Lousaka Polite being left off of the roster, and being snubbed for Baltimore Ravens fullback, Leron McClain.

McClain does have better rushing numbers, but there is no way that McClain means more to his team than Polite does to the Dolphins.

Polite is 15-15 this year on short yardage conversions, and has had more “meaningful runs” in terms of some NFL analysts, than McClain has this year.

At least the Dolphins are being represented this year in their hometown of Miami. That is something that Cincinnati cannot say!
