The Palm Beach Post reports that the Fins have inked DE Ryan Baker from the practice squad, cutting safety Evan Oglesby:

The Dolphins signed defensive end Ryan Baker from the practice squad and waived safety Evan Oglesby. Baker, an undrafted free agent rookie from Purdue, was signed May 1, released Sept. 5 and was signed to the practice squad, where he has stayed all season. Baker was a captain his senior year and was credited with 88 tackles, 24 tackles for loss and eight sacks.
