The starting right defensive end job is wide open, but DT Randy Starks, one of last year’s top performers in the unit, can’t seem to get an audition. Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Randy Starks, 25, can relate to that scenario because he is having a hard time understanding why he’s not competing for the starting right end spot. While coach Tony Sparano says Starks is competing for a starting job, practice sessions say otherwise.
