The Miami Herald reports that charges against Randy Starks have been reduced:
The state attorney’s office on Tuesday reduced charges against Dolphins defensive lineman Randy Starks from aggravated battery (a felony) to culpable negligence (a second-degree misdemeanor punishable by no more than 60 days in jail), attorney Ed O’Donnell said. No trial date was set. Starks has denied veering his slow-moving truck into an officer on Ocean Drive during Memorial Day weekend.
