Dolphins to Look to Extend LB Roth’s Deal

The Miami Herald reports today that the Fins are going to next look to extend the contract of LB Matt Roth, who could be a free agent in 2010:
The Dolphins are interested in extending the contract of strong-side linebacker Matt Roth who has the potential to become a free agent in 2010. “We’ve exchanged proposals,” agent Drew Rosenhaus told the Miami Herald. Roth started 14 games at starting outside linebacker for the Dolphins in 2008 and and he made 53 tackles with 5.0 sacks.
