The Fins have come to terms with sixth-round pick offensive tackle Andrew Gardner according to Mike Berardino of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. The paper reports that the deal is for four years at $1.65 million.

He will also get a signing bonus of about $75,000. The former Georgia Tech player and the Dolphins should get the deal wrapped up today.

“All parties are pleased to have the deal done in a timely manner,” agent Lester Archambeau told the Sun-Sentinel. “Andrew is pleased to have that part of the business taken care of and looks forward to continuing his hard work at getting himself ready to compete in training camp. . . .

“He’s a fantastic kid. He’s quiet and reserved, very conservative, with a fantastic mindset for what he’s got to get done. He’s got a great work ethic. He’s doing his part to do everything they ask him to do.”
