Today’s South Florida SunSentinel reports that rookie wide out Brian Hartline made his OTA today:

Dolphins rookie receiver Brian Hartline, the Dolphins fourth-round pick out of Ohio State, made his OTA debut Thursday, and seemed to catch on rather quickly. “It’s hard to play fast when you’re still learning,” said Hartline, who is also part of the punt returning unit. Hartline said he was able to find a loophole in the NCAA/NFL rule that prohibits rookies from attending organized practices until their college class graduates because his last course is an on-line class.
