Linebacker Channing Crowder and cornerback Will Allen were held out of practice Wednesday but stretched and jogged on the side. Crowder missed Sunday’s game at Kansas City with a stiff knee. Allen pulled up limping at one point during the game.

Dolphins Release FB Casey Cramer
From: Palm Beach Post The Dolphins have waived fullback Casey Cramer. The Dolphins signed Cramer, 26, on Sept. 9 to replace Boomer Grigsby, who beat out incumbent Reagan Mauia in training camp. Cramer lost his starting job after he suffered an ankle injury during a 29-28 loss at Houston.
