Dolphins and kicker Dave Rayner agreed to a one-year deal Wednesday. Rayner appeared in 10 games with the Kansas City Chiefs and one game with San Diego Chargers last season. While with the Chiefs, he converted on 15-of-22 field goal attempts and nailed all 14 of his extra point tries. In 41 career games with the Chiefs, Bolts, Packers and Colts, Rayner has drilled 41-of-58 field goal attempts.
