Dolphins have agreed to terms with free agent guard Justin Smiley, who spent each of his first four seasons with the 49′ers. The South Florida Sun-Sentinel said the deal is worth $25 million over five years with a $9 million signing bonus, and is contingent upon Smiley passing a physical today. Smiley played just eight games last season because of a shoulder injury that required surgery. He started every game of the 2005 and ’06 seasons, and made nine starts in his rookie campaign of 2004.
