Dolphins Hire 3 Assistant Coaches

Miami Dolphins assistant coach Todd Bowles

Miami Dolphins vice president of personnel Bill Parcells is making an impact already and he has only been on the job for maybe a month or so.  And from what he has done so far, you could make a case for the Dolphins to petition the NFL for a team name change.  In any case, the Dolphins have hired 3 assistant caoches – all of them from the Dallas Cowboys.

Hire number one is former Cowboys secondary coach Todd Bowles; Bowles was hired as a Dolphins assistant coach after Bowles turned down an extension to remain with Dallas.  It can be expected that he will be in charge of the secondary.  Hire number two is Cowboys’ linebackers coach Paul Pasqualoni; he is expected to be named the Dolphins’ new defensive coordinator.  Hire number 3 is expected to be Cowboys defensive line coach Kacy Rodgers; Rodgers is expected to assume the same position with the Dolphins.
