The season is over for running back Ricky Williams.  The 0-and-11 Dolphins placed Williams on injured reserve Wednesday.  Williams suffered a torn chest muscle in Monday night’s loss to the Steelers.  He was playing in his first NFL game since the conclusion of the 2005 season.  Williams had served an 18-month suspension for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy.
