PorterDolphins linebacker is a quck healer, and he is ready to prove that once again as the plan is for him to play Sunday when the Dolphins take on the Redskins in the season opener in Washington.  Porter had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee back on August 7th, and he says that he is starting to feel better every day.  He was back at practice last week, and has started to do more, to the delight on head coach Cam Cameron.  “He had a nice practice today,” coach Cam Cameron said Monday. “It looks like he’s ready to play.”

Porter was signed in March to give the Dolphins defense a little attitude to go along with Jason Taylor and Zach Thomas.  He was given $20 million to jump on board and be the player that he was in Pittsburgh a few years back when the helped the team make it and win the Super Bowl.  With the type of money he was given, he had better be on the field making some plays for the Dolphins this weekend.
